Her father, bassist and composer André Klenes, used to play LP's, audioK7's or cd's, or rehearse and practice at home, a context which obviously gave her the virus of music.
However, having started dance (ballet) at the age of 5, dancing became her main focus around 14. Intensive training, auditions, led her to the Royal Ballet of Flanders (Antwerp) in 2001 where she worked as a professional ballet dancer for 3 years.
But in her early twenties, her main interest drifted towards music, so she started studying music, first at the Lemmens Institute with singer Natascha Roth and later at the Brussels Conservatory with David Linx.
She is part of a vocal trio, for which she composes.
She sang with the Swallows with a.o. Géraldine Cozier (vocals), Fabienne Danloye, Dirk Van Der Linden (piano), Jean Borlée (bass), with trumpet player Peer Baierlein, with pianist Bart Van Caenegem, etc...
