For almost 40 years, Incognito is a fixed value in the international jazz scene. Their debut album 'Jazz Funk' was released in the early eighties and since then the band has been ever present in the disco, jazz and funk scenes. Frontman Jean-Paul 'Bluey' Maunick is the thriving force behind this successful formation.
In its early years, Icognito was mostly known in the British acid jazz scene, but the hit single 'Always There' (1991) gave them international recognition. In 1992 their take on Stevie Wonder's 'Dont you worry about a thing' got them in the TOP 10. Their latest album 'In Search Of Better Days' (2016) proves that Bluey's band is still alive and (very) kicking!
