After successful concerts in London and Warsaw, Polish born Aleksandra Kwasniewska comes to the Music Village. Aleksandra sets her music to sensual poetry of Polish poet Halina Poswiatowska. Her repertoire also contains beautiful old Polish tangos from 1936. The Music of Aleksandra & The Belgian Sweets has a specific sound, acquired by several years of collaboration with the band, and has strong elements of electro-acoustic pop, folk, bossa nova and smooth jazz. Their second Cd is about to be released.
