Born in 1924, Pierre Ménétrier was active on the traditional jazz scene in Belgium and played a.o. with bassist Paul Dubois and trumpet player Herman Sandy.
He recorded with the «Blue Note» the album «Music with friends» in 1998 and appears on «The Groovers» in 2003 (with Robert Cordier, drums, Vincent Mardens, sax, Paul Dubois, bass and Herman Sandy, trumpet).
