Laurent HENDRICK has studied at the Music Conservatories of Mons (B) and Paris (F), with M. Pire and C. Chevaillier.
A freelance specialist of the bass trombone, he worked a.o. with the Opera van Vlaanderen, the Vlaams Radio Orkest, the WDR Big Band. Recording with Paquito D'Riveira, Claudio Roditi. He was a regular member of Act Bigband and now plays with the Brussels Jazz Orchestra. He has the opportunity to play with a.o. : Maria Schneider, Toots Thielemans, Dave Liebman, Kenny Werner, Bert Joris, Michel Herr, Lee Konitz, Bill Holman, Bob Mintzer, Tom Harrell etc...
He is a member of the 4 trombones band "The Bones" and plays in various other big bands : the Jazz Staton Big Band (Michel Paré), the Floreffe Jazz Orchestra, etc...
