Dec. 27 on Nos 2 tv (NL) : Toots Thielemans quartet live at the Northsea Festival 2010
On Dec. 27, 2010 at 18:25, Nos 2, the Dutch tv station, will broadcast the concert that Toots Thielemans gave at the Northsea Festival 2010 in the Hague (Netherlands). Toots presented his Dutch quartet : Karel Boehlee (piano), Hein van de Geyn (bass) and Hans van Oosterhout (drums).

Inaugurated on December 18, 2010, the new space of the organization is located at Rue Sax, 15 à Dinant. Besides the office, there is a space for exhibitions.

Final bar : the jazz photographer Jacques Joris
The jazzphotographer from Liège (B) Jacques Joris passed away on Dec. 15, 2010, after a long illness. He presented numerous exhibitions, a.o. at the Maison du Jazz in Liège and during the Jazz à Liège Festival.
He also published the jazz photo book "Visages du Jazz" on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the "Jazz à Liège" Festival.

Workshops, creations involving Belgian and Tunisian musicians, concerts of l'Ame des Poètes, Phil Abraham Quartet, Fabrice Alleman Quintet (with the Italian pianist Salvatore Bonafede).

During the "Festival européen de la Musique", the Délégation Wallonie-Bruxelles will present a Belgian-Vietnamese trio with Fabien Degryse (gt), Bart De Nolf (b) and Le Quoc Hung (drs). 2 concerts will take place, in Hanoi and in Ho Chi Minh Ville on December 2 and 4, 2010.
Fabien Degryse will also give masterclasses at the Académie of Hanoi, and will participate in "jam sessions" in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Ville.
