Named after the legendary harmonica and guitar player Toots Thielemans, this annual award goes to a young jazz musician of the jazz department of the Brussels Music Conservatory (Flemish section).

2011 : Jens Bouttery (drums) for his audiovisual project "The Dubtapes". A collaboration with Daan Milius, played by the Jens Maurits Orchestra.
